English Style Fillet Family Dinner

English-Style Fillets pair perfectly with roasted potatoes, vegetables, and kale Caesar salad to make a family-style meal that doesn’t compromise on nutrition or taste.

  • 1 box Family Favourites English Style Fillets
  • 1 package - mini, multi-colour potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 bunch rapini
  • 1 zucchini
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped
  • Salt + pepper to taste

Salad

  • 1 bunch of black kale, chopped
  • 1 cup croutons
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  1. Preheat oven to 450 °F and Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic and parsley.
  3. Cook English-Style Fillets according to package instructions and place vegetables and potatoes on a separate baking sheet. Pour parsley mixture on top of the vegetables and potatoes. Place in oven for 18-20 minutes.
  4. While veggies and fish are cooking, mix all salad ingredients together in a large bowl and toss with salad dressing. Set aside.
  5. Remove veggies, potatoes and fish fillets from oven. Plate, serve and enjoy!
